GLAMOX electric heating provides safety and comfort to its users even in the harshest winter weather.
They are tested every day in the coldest parts of Norway, where choosing the right heating method is not just a matter of preference or sympathy, but also a matter of life and death.
This is proven by the fact that the Norwegian factory has been manufacturing and distributing heating panels of this system worldwide since 1960. In addition to the Scandinavian countries, GLAMOX heating panels are distributed throughout Europe and Asia, and the more than one million units delivered annually prove the unbroken success of GLAMOX.
Its aesthetic appearance follows the restrained, futuristic, yet timeless design popular among Scandinavians, and its clean, white, streamlined design makes it unique in any living environment.
The heating mechanism is that cold air flows in at the bottom of the panel , which is heated inside the panel through the finned heating unit , and due to the high temperature difference , warm air flows into the air space through the forward-projecting fins.
There is no fan or filament inside to burn and circulate the dust: It does not emit rays of questionable effects, nor does it have any harmful or questionable physical or physiological effects: it simply works on the principle of thermodynamics.
The heart of the heating panel lies in the freely selectable controller. Using a processor, the controller measures and monitors the room temperature and its changes, and calculates when the panel should operate.
Usually, after one minute of operation, there is a two-minute pause, which can be seen on the indicator LED, proving that the heating panel is usually using a third of the total power of its nominal power.
This is most often the reason why customers choose these heating panels over incandescent heating systems.
