In autumn, many garden owners struggle to thoroughly winterize, for example, the garden tap or the irrigation system, but this does not always succeed perfectly. A burst pipe can cause enormous expenses: both in terms of water loss and additional damage (for example, a wall getting wet).

This product runs next to the water pipe and does not allow the temperature of the water in the pipe to drop below a certain value. Our frost protection heating cables are available in a wide range from 1 to 60 meters. They are equipped with an internal thermostat that turns on or off depending on the temperature of the water in the pipe. The cable is double insulated, so it is safe.
In most cases, outdoor garden taps and water pipes must be closed for the winter to protect them from freezing. Our heating cable offers a simpler and more comfortable solution against the risk of frost. By using the anti-freeze heating cable, the risk of frost is no longer there!
The PHC heating cable is supplied ready to install, with a built-in automatic thermostat and a plug. Simply attach or wrap the product around the water pipe and garden tap, insulate it, connect it to the electricity supply and you have a simple, cheap and safe system. Before applying it to plastic pipes, the pipe surface must be covered with aluminium tape!
The antifreeze heating cable is supplied with an earthed plug and an integrated bimetallic thermostat. The product is available in useful lengths from 1 to 60 metres. During operation, if the temperature drops below 5 °C, the heating is switched on and then switched off automatically when the pipe temperature reaches 13 °C.
