The heating film is a Carbon heating element (Electric conductor): silver paste is printed on PET film of insulation and flame-retardant material which is to be combined with Laminex Film after making an electrode of copper foil. Carbon emits heat, far-infrared ray and anion by using electric resistance. It is specially designed for installation under engineered wood and laminate floors. Quality guaranteed temperature controller should be used for safety. Also the sensor of the temperature controller should include overheating-preventing sensors with the temperature control sensor. The wire that connects the film should use standard sized wire and the wires should be connected in a way that no two wires would cross each others’ path.
